Ingredients Add to grocery list

Ground cinnamon
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup baking mix (recommended Bisquick)
2   (16-ounce) cans sliced peaches in heavy or light syrup, or in fruit juice
1 pint fresh blueberries

2 1/4 cups baking mix (recommended Bisquick)
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
Cinnamon sugar (1/4 cup sugar combined with 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon; store in an empty spice shaker jar; shake well before each use)





Spray a Dutch oven with vegetable oil cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Drain 1 can of the peaches. Combine both cans of peaches, including the juice from the undrained can, the blueberries, if using, the baking mix, sugar, and a sprinkling of cinnamon. Place this mixture into the Dutch oven.

To make the topping: Combine the baking mix, sugar, butter, and milk in a resealable plastic bag. Drop bits of dough, using your fingers, on top of the peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Place the Dutch oven into the preheated oven for 30-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crusty.

It was my grandson who introduced me to your show when he was young and wn he visited me we would always sit together to watch it. He loves you and so do I. You are so very talented and you have such a wonderful family that you must be so proud of (love those guys) You were very badly mistreated and misunderstood in that courtroom I saw a black person on the comedy channel use the n word many many times when he was on stage (isn't fair is it) But you have come back even better than before and I wish you all the best in the world. Finally! A peach cobbler with just the texture I wanted. Loved the blueberries and want to try it with blackberries next time. The dutch oven definitely made a difference.

Can you use fresh peaches for this recipe? I love the fresh peaches. Saw the question below but there was no answer to the person. I think I would like this one. I have tried making peach cobbler recipes with putting the fruit on top and some with a cake mix on top and etc. Always seem to have mushy white stuff stay uncooked. They have good flavor but seem to have to much uncooked dough that bubbly peach juice is supposed to cook dough, also added tapioca to thicken juice so not to running, failed at all of them. So want to try this one.

I love this recipe! Ive even tried my own twist like adding Hazelnut creamer instead of milk, adding walnuts to the topping, and adding nutmeg. I hope everyone enjoys this as much as i do!!

Served about 8 Boys Scouts at camp this weekend. Put dry ingredients into 3 separate baggies at home (mix / topping / Cin Sugar) To reduce cleanup, we substituted soft room temp butter for melted. Kneaded butter into topping baggie before adding milk. If the Scouts are buying, I would substitute frozen blueberry's for the fresh ones to cut costs.

I bought a box of Paula's Baking mix and am anxious to try it. There are 2 wonderful recipes for pancakes on the box but I don't have a cast iron skillet for the one (my bad!) and meat included in other recipe excludes it from my diet.
